B.Ed course
B.Ed course aims at providing fundamental and personal training to be motivated teachers who will be socially responsible to society, morally strong and spiritually calm. They must able to study students’ psychology and teach according to the students’ capacity. They are taught to be patient and understand students.

admission process
The majority of universities take entrance test and some conduct
counselling and some have direct admission.

Here are three popular universities in Haryana for B.Ed
course who conduct a common counselling for students and allot colleges
accordingly.
1. Maharshi Dayanand
University (MDU)
MDU is no. 1 Choice for admission in B.Ed. MDU has always
been the choice of students. It is based in Rotak, Haryana.
Admission Procedure-
Admission is done through counselling.
Fees for registration and counselling for B.Ed course-
General- is 500 for registration and 500 for counselling is
SC/BC/PH and girl child of Haryana is 125 for registration
and 500 for counselling

For phase I and phase II – student
must register according to the dates mentioned in the admission scheduled for
govt./ govt. aided/ university maintained/ self-financing colleges in education
on Haryana.
Candidates will be called for
Counseling Online, and depending upon their performance and marks obtained in
the Qualifying Examinations, a “Merit List” will be prepared. Candidates will
be allotted their desired Colleges of Studying B.Ed. Course, according to the
Merit List only.

Students must
have graduation or post-graduation with minimum 50% marks from a
Recognized University.

B.Ed course in the colleges situated in Haryana.

to the dates mentioned in the admission scheduled for govt./ govt. aided/
university maintained/ self-financing colleges in education on Haryana.
Candidates will be called for Counseling Online, and

IGNOU B.ED ADMISSION- Eligibility/Process
IGNOU the application forms will accept only if
candidates manage to satisfy the eligibility criteria prescribed by the
University for B.Ed admission. You can check the criteria for IGNOU B.Ed
entrance admission in detail below:
- At least 50% percent marks either in the Bachelor’s Degree and/or in the Master’s Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Commerce/Humanity. Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent
- Trained in-service teachers in elementary education.
OR
Candidates who have completed an NCTE recognized teacher the education program in direct mode.
- The relaxation of 5% in minimum qualifying marks required will be provided to SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/PwD candidates as per the norms of Government of India.
- Reservation for Kashmiri Migrants and War Widow candidates will be provided as per the University Rules.
- Master's Degree awarded without a first degree is not accepted for the purpose of Academic Studies in IGNOU.

IGNOU B.Ed 2020 Admit Card will
be available to download after the successful submission of online
application form. Details related to the exam center, Date and Shift
(Timing) will be given in the admit card. In case candidates are
unable to download the admit cards from the website, they must approach
through the HelpLine between 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The counselling process for Admission in IGNOU B.Ed would be
conducted at Regional Centers.
- Candidates will be shortlisted to appear for the counselling session purely on the basis of merit in the IGNOU B.Ed 2020 entrance exam.
- The counselling sessions will be organized at the concerned Regional Centers, depending on the option provided by the student while filling the entrance cum application form.
- In case of the vacant seat left after the first round of seat allocation, further counseling rounds would be conducted at the relevant centers.
- Please note that self-attested copies of the following documents should be submitted at the time of counseling. Candidates must also carry all the documents in original as well for verification purposes.
